SHARE YOUR CLOTHES – SPRING EDITION!
The University of Life Sciences in Poznań is launching the next edition of the "Share Your Clothes" initiative – an event promoting zero and less waste principles. The idea is simple yet effective: a free clothing exchange. Anyone can bring clothes they no longer wear and take something brought by someone else in return.
"Spring is the perfect time to refresh your wardrobe and share what might still be useful to others," says Prof. Magdalena Kozera-Kowalska, PhD, Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Social Responsibility at the University. "We encourage everyone to take part in this initiative, which brings together ecology and solidarity."
"Share Your Clothes" is more than just a clothing swap. It's a shared effort by the academic community to build a more sustainable everyday life. By acting together, we can truly help reduce waste and show that taking responsibility for the planet starts with small steps – especially in spring.
Practical Information:
The event will take place from Tuesday to Thursday, May 13–15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the lobby of Collegium Maximum at the University of Life Sciences in Poznań, where a “free shop” stand will be set up.
Please bring clothes in an organized manner and in good condition – the way you would like to receive them yourself.
