PULS-ISA Art Exhibition - artistic and creativity event of PULS community

Friday 13th of March, Poznań University of Life Sciences has witnessed a memorable Art Exhibition event organized by PULS-ISA, where art and creativity have been magnified. “PULS on PHOTO” contest and “CREATE PULS” with live painting, drawing and handy craft competitions were the two event baselines. Students, PhD students, university staff spent this festive time under a Jury and music accompaniment.

The PULS-ISA ART EXHIBITION has initiated previously a “PULS on PHOTO” contest, where students and PhD students at Poznan University of Life Sciences (PULS) have submitted via online their best photos expressing specific aspects related to PULS. Of all submitted photos (20 in total), top three ones have been selected after an online polling procedure (119 votes). The three winners were celebrated on the day of the Art Exhibition and scheduled as follows:

Top 1 (PULS on PHOTO): Diego Veloz (MSc Student)
Top 2 (PULS on PHOTO): Umutcan Memo (PhD Student)
Top 3 (PULS on PHOTO): Mary Kumih (MSc student)

Great artistic and creativity endeavor took place during the live painting, drawing and handy craft competition “CREATE PULS” under a music accompaniment as well as the high performance of PULS-ISA Musical Team directed by Asaph Abraham (former Coordinator for Arts and Culture). Attendees competed eagerly on how to conceive PULS on canvas. A special Jury consisting of Prof. Agnieszka Krzymińska-Bródka, Dr Sylwia Sosnowska, Prof. Rafał Stasik, and Mrs Katarzyna Lesińska has rigorously evaluated the wonderful achievements as listed below:

Painting competition:
Top 1 (CREATE PULS): Arsema Temtme (MSc Student)
Top 2 (CREATE PULS): Inci Ozpazarcik (MSc Student)
Top 3 (CREATE PULS): Akgul Kainarbay (MSc student)


Drawing competition:
Top 1 (CREATE PULS): Patla Harish Kumar (MSc Student)
Top 2 (CREATE PULS): Tejashree Pulimeti (MSc Student)
Top 3 (CREATE PULS): Sude Mert (MSc student)


Handy Craft competition:
Top 1 (CREATE PULS): Agbabiaka Abdulquadri Olamilekan (MSc Student)
Top 2 (CREATE PULS): Ayse Yilmaz (MSc Student)
Top 3 (CREATE PULS): Arda Koldagiic (MSc student)

The Art Exhibition event radiated enthusiasm, mutual kindness, and a sense of relaxation. Prof. Jean Diatta, PULS-ISA Leader, emphasized that such initiatives and their outcome express the great creativity talents and align with the University's social and educational mission, fostering a sense of belonging, sharing and community.

The organizers extend special gratitude to the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Prof. Karolina Pawlak, Izabela Siemińska, Milena Szafran, Agnieszka Domaszewicz, Grażyna Adamczyk, Aleksandra Muchowska, Teresa Modrzejewska as well as Sławomir Kaczmarek, Paweł Dowejko and Bartosz Zgarda for their unlimited care and support.
